This website is a non-profit project that began 13 years ago after our first visit to the South West Coast of Sumatra. The information, images and videos provided have been collected not only from our own adventures in the area but also from the surfers and travellers we've met along the way.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate and up to date information that everyone will find helpful while making plans to explore this part of the planet.

From the out of the way sleepy little fishing village of 2012 to the on the beaten track surf destination of the Post COVID surfing boom we continue to give you an unredacted picture of the Krui area.

The fact that we do not own or work for any business in the area allows us to provide the only unbiased look into surfing the South West Coast of Sumatra.
